​Part of the mission of the leadership of the church is to train and support more leaders.  Pastors, elders, deacons and deaconesses served as ordained leaders and can develop skills to help them to fill their roles more effectively. At the same time, members who are not necessarily ordained into a specific role can, and should, develop the ability to lead and serve more effectively. This segment of our resources is devoted toward supporting this endeavor.
